Worried Children: Help for Parents

Dr. Khana’s book, Worry Workbook for Kids, focuses on managing anxiety – coping skills.  This will be a shared program: TESD presentation, Dr. Khana’s presentation, Q&A from audience.  Target audience K-8 parents.  Details to come.

A panel of counselors, parents and mental health specialists will discuss and answer questions about the transition to middle school for 5th grade parents.   Link to flyer

Minding Your Mind: Anxiety & Depression

Andrew, a MYM speaker, will talk to parents about his struggle with anxiety and depression and how he found the help he needed.  Andrew will be speaking to CHS 11th & 12th graders earlier in the day.  Link to flyer.
